Meeting slots shown on the website are subject to availability and may change or be withdrawn at any time. A meeting is not guaranteed until the booking flow completes successfully and a confirmation has been issued.

I may reject, reschedule, or cancel a meeting request where necessary, including for abuse prevention, conflicts, technical issues, or if a request appears inauthentic.

3. Privacy Overview

This site is operated from Ireland and is intended to be run in a GDPR-conscious manner for users in Ireland, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and elsewhere. Because the app currently runs on infrastructure configured in London, United Kingdom, and uses third-party providers that may process data internationally, some personal data may be handled outside your local jurisdiction when needed to provide the service.

The site only aims to collect and use the minimum information reasonably needed to display the site, run the meeting flows, prevent abuse, and manage bookings.

• Basic technical data such as request metadata, cookies, and logs needed for security, fraud prevention, and debugging.

• To show appointment availability and allow you to request, confirm, view, cancel, or manage a meeting.
• To verify that you control an email address used in the meeting flow.
• To send verification codes, scheduling messages, Google Meet invitations, and cancellation notices.
• To prevent duplicate bookings, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to meeting details.

If you choose to sign in with Google during the meeting flows, the site uses that sign-in only to support meeting authentication, booking lookup, or management. Depending on the flow, the site may receive your Google email address, whether Google reports that address as verified, and basic account identifiers returned by Google.

For guest verification, Google sign-in is used to confirm that the account matches the email address being used in the booking or meeting lookup flow. For the meeting manager flow, access is restricted server-side to the intended administrator account.

By using Google sign-in through this website, you confirm that you are authorized to use the Google account you selected and that the information returned by Google may be used to operate the requested meeting feature.

8. International Transfers And Service Providers

This website relies on third-party service providers to host the site and support meeting-related features. Those providers may process personal data in the United Kingdom, the European region, the United States, and other locations depending on the service, account settings, and technical routing involved.

• Google services are used for Google sign-in, Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Gmail-based email delivery. You can review Google Terms, Google Privacy Policy, and Google Workspace Data Regions. Google provides European data-region controls for certain covered Workspace data, but some Google services may still rely on global infrastructure depending on the feature and account setup.
• DigitalOcean is used to host the application's infrastructure. The current app configuration uses DigitalOcean's London region for hosting. You can review DigitalOcean's Privacy Policy for more information about how that provider handles data.

9. Emails And Notifications

If you use the meeting features, the site may send you emails relating to verification, booking confirmation, Google Meet invitations, scheduling changes, meeting cancellation, and account-verification notices tied to the meeting flow.

Verification codes and short-lived verification tokens are intended to expire automatically after a short period. Meeting records may remain in connected calendar or email systems for as long as needed to run the meeting flow, comply with reasonable record-keeping needs, or resolve disputes and security issues.

Reasonable technical and organizational steps are taken to protect data used by the site, but no internet service can promise perfect security. You use the site with that understanding.
